We regret to say that another two of our Distributors have passed away.
1) En. Mohammad Hanafiah Bin Jusoh passed away on 22hb February 2009 in Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah, Kuala Terengganu. His beneficiary is Cik Siti Maisarah binti Mohammad Hanafiah (Daughter of the departed).

2)  Pn. Singop Anak Rakey passed away on 22hb February 2009 in Kampong Simbuk Bt 14, Kuching, Sarawak. Her beneficiary is Mrs. Elkanah Guan (Granddaughter of the departed).

 

As a member of CCP, each Distributor will be contributing 1EV to the beneficiaries of the departed. The total amount will be given to En. Mohammad Hanafiah Bin Jusoh's beneficiary in conjuction with the Opening Ceremony of e-Mart Kuala Terengganu. The cheque giving ceremony for Pn. Singop Anak Rakey's beneficiary will be confirmed at a later date.

14th Apr 2009 : Receiving Method For Sell Back Agreement

Dear CBC Distributors,

Due to the restricted number of cheques that banks provide to CBC, we regretfully inform all Distributors that effective 15th April 2009, all receving method for Sell Back Agreement will be in the form of EV System. To minimise the inconvenience to our Distributors, receiving method for the first 3 Sell Back will still be via cheques.

1) En. Zakariah bin Murat passed away on 27^th January 2009  in Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim, Sungai Petani, Kedah. His beneficiary is Pn. Fakhrul Nisa binti Mohammad Darus (Wife of the departed).

2)  Pn. Ani @ Mahani binti Ibrahim passed away on 23^rd December 2008 in Hospital Setiu, Terengganu. Her beneficiary is Hasmaria binti Hassan (Daughter of the departed).

3) En. Mohd Hafizi bin Mat Nawi passed away on 13^th December 2008 in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. His beneficiary is Khairudin bin Mat Nawi (Brother of the departed).

 

As a member of CCP, each Distributor will be contributing 1EV to the beneficiaries of the departed. The total amount will be given to En. Zakariah bin Murat’s beneficiary, on 1^st March 2009 8:30p.m. The venue is at Hotel Sungai Petani Inn, 427 Jalan Kolam Air, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah.

15th Jan 2009 : Cheque Image Reproduction Not Allowed.

CBC Distributors are prohibited from reproducing images of cheques issued by Asia Ceramic Marketing Sdn Bhd, i.e, scan, photograph and uploading or displaying these images on any print or online media.
 

Distributors who proceed or continue to do so will be held liable by the cheque issuing banks as these cheques bear the respective bank's trademarks and logos. Legal action against these Distributors will be taken by the banks.

From 1st January 2009, when you sign up a new Distributor, the new Distributor will automatically receive a complimentary Insurance Policy with Tahan Insurance Malaysia Berhad.

For existing Distributors, 30EV will be deducted as yearly Admin Fee. Following this, 3EV will then be deducted every month for 12 months for the following year's policy.
